• All personalized items are made to order and begin production shortly after purchase.

• We create each piece exactly as entered at checkout.
Processing Time
• Standard processing time is 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
• During holidays or high‑volume periods, processing times may be extended.
• If we anticipate a delay, we’ll reach out promptly.
Shipping
• Shipping timelines begin after your order has been created and packaged.
• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
• Because items are personalized, all sales are final.
• Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins.
• If we make an error or your item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 5 business days with photos.
Order Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details and shipping information.
• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first for the quickest resolution.
• We will assist as much as possible, but we cannot replace items lost due to carrier error.
